Want to build your own Pallet Desk?
This one is the most difficult and most amazing DIY that I’ve ever made. It’s a pallet desk that can be used in two ways. As a large working desk and as a nice vintage furniture in your living room.
What will you need?
Many pallets (Try to find the most unused one. I used 4 70×100 and 8 61×86)
2 adjustive metal connectors like these
4 metal corner connectors and 4 straight
Varnish for wood (1/2 kg Choose a colorless)
Stucco for wood (1/4 kg Choose a light color)
Carpenter tools (drill-sander-jigsaw)
Time
Patience
Step 1) Take a pencil and draw on a paper the kind of desk you want to create. It depends on your needs.
Step 2) Now use the jigsaw to create all the parts that you may need, but firstly you have to measure exactly each part.
Step 3) You rub all pallets with the sander until they are cleaned from dirts and smooth enough. This one is not easy. I spent at least 20 hours on this.

Step 4) As soon as every part is ready use screws and screwdriver to connect the parts.

Step 5) Now use the stucco to fill the gaps of any screw or any holes in the pallets. Leave it as it is for 3 hours to dry itself.

Step 6) Now rub again the pallets where you placed the stucco.
Step 7) When ready use the varnish. Don’t omit this step. Otherwise your desk will be unprotected.
Step 8) Use the connectors to connect parts that cannot be connected with the use of screw.

Step 9) With the adjustive metal connectors connect the desk with the adjustive extra desk-space.
Step 10) I also ordered a led strip from ebay for 10 Euros to give it some light.
Step 11) Enjoy 🙂

P.S. This DIY is more advanced. If you don’t feel that confident about your carpenter techniques just don’t try it at home. I won’t help with advices too :P. Order one from me for 18.123 Euros. Thanks…
